At Neil’s Barbeque and Grill, that’s how we “PREFER” and pretty much demand it whenever possible! One local business that has always helped us maintain that philosophy is Permenter’s Produce in Finley, TN. Neil leaves most every morning for Finley in order to open the Restaurant with Fresh and Locally Grown Produce. From our Boiled Squash to our Stuffed Peppers to the peppers on the Top of his Cajun Creole Pan Seared Grouper, from the Onion on your Hamburger to the Onion sauteed for the top of your Chopped Steak…..this is The “Neil’s” way of doing things. We can’t wait for sweet corn next week! There is nothing that quite compares to Whole Ears of Sweet Corn fresh off of the Grill!
